Dealing with Confidential Client Information and Data Privacy
Trust is essential to our business success. We are responsible to protect the confidentiality of information related to our clients. Client information is never disclosed to anyone inside or outside the Company except to the owner of the information.
Before disclosing confidential information:
We make sure the person is permitted to do so, under the Company policies and procedures.
Disclose it only to those who are authorized to receive it.
Personal Investment Activities
We trust that our employees devote their time at work to serving the interests of the clients and the Company, not their personal interests. They are not authorize to engage in any trading and investment activities without approval from compliance department.
