Our Company was originally incorporated at Uttar Pradesh as “Solvex Edibles Private Limited” on 23rdSeptember, 2013 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued bythe Registrar of Companies, Uttarakhand. Consequent upon the conversion of our Company to public limitedcompany, the name of our Company was changed to “Solvex Edibles Limited” vide fresh certificate ofincorporation dated 30th September, 2024 issued by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar, Gurugram,Haryana, 122050, India.We are in the business of manufacturing, distribution, marketing and selling of Solvent Extracted Rice BranOil and other by products such as De-oiled Cakes - Rice Bran, Rice Bran and Mustared Oil, Mustard Cakes,Deoiled Mustared Cakes. Rice bran oil is the oil extracted from the hard outer brown layer of rice called ‘Bran’.We are selling Solvex Extracted Rice Bran Oil Deoiled Cakes - Rice Bran, Rice Bran, Mustared Oil, MustardCakes and Deoiled Mustared Cakes to various FMCG companies across India. We don’t manufacture, marketand sell our products under our own brands.
