According To an exchange filing, the company has declared a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1. The company had fixed December 12, 2023, as the record date for determining shareholders' eligibility for their corporate event participation. On December 11, 2023, the price of Sonata Software was quoted at Rs.1,410/share. However, the stock went ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:1 (1410/2 =Rs.705). Hence, the price was adjusted based on the above ratio and the new price is Rs.705. Shareholders are requested to take note of the same.
