Commodity Check

Crude oil prices steadied as traders weighed ongoing risks to Middle East supplies against renewed diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the US-Iran conflict. Brent crude traded around $104 a barrel, while WTI remained below $100 after declining for three consecutive sessions. Brent was last near $103.06, while WTI traded around $99.41, supported by signs of a recovery in Saudi oil exports. However, renewed security concerns added uncertainty to the supply outlook. Saudi Arabia issued air-raid alerts for Riyadh over the weekend, along with warnings in Red Sea hubs including Yanbu. The developments kept investors focused on potential disruptions around both the Strait of Hormuz and the Red Sea.
